“We made the change to Property Management of Summit from one of the largest managers in Summit County. There were three primary reasons we decided to change property managers;

1) Communications & follow through, 2) Housekeeping and 3) Revenue.

1) Ashley’s on-going communications are clear, timely and professional. When we have had issues that required attention; all have been solved including managing 3rd party vendors. We have confidence our home is being maintained and taken care of as if we were on location and making the decisions.

2) Our previous property manager continuously struggled with consistent cleanliness; including when we arrived for owner stays. Each time we have been to our home, it has been clean beyond our expectations and multiple guest reviews highlight the same.

3) Previously we were satisfied with the number of nights our home was occupied; but disappointed in our revenue per night. The nightly revenue short-fall resulted in us not achieving our revenue projections. Since Ashley has managed our bookings, our revenue per night has increased dramatically, as a result our cash flow is exceeding our original projections. In our initial discussions with Ashley she provided her own monthly revenue projection, she consistently has exceeded her forecasts.

Additionally, all of the above has occurred during the crazy times of Covid. As state and county regulations changed our website listings highlighted the new rules; Ashley and her team increased cleaning protocols; provided extra disinfectants for guests to use; bookings/cancellations/modifications occurred each time Ashley has communicated and handled the changes professionally.
